Excuses, excuses, excuses! When will we have done/spent/given enough of our hard earned money in the form of taxes that will satisfy people who feel slighted because of past discrimination? I’m sure we spend more taxpayer money than ever giving out “free” education, medical care, programs, etc., and yet here we are. How much time will it take to see this philosophy work? Will it happen before most urban areas are unlivable?

What I listed aren't excuses. Its reality. In order to reduce crime you need people who are educated (good schools) and have good jobs.
