Every time there's a problem, their first reaction is that they have to start "programs", "boards", "commissions", and task forces.
Not one goddamn person ever follows up with these boondoggles and asks if any one of them are effective. It's maddening.

I think the most maddening thing about this specific press conference is that each of the morons speaking took the position that these useless fricking “programs” and “coalitions” (coalitions is my least favorite platitude in the face of a problem that I can name) were “working” but “there is still more work to be done.”
