It’s not clear to me from the article if the DA made a plea deal with her or one that specified time served.

I know the judge can sentence however but not sure if plea deals are just for charges or also include details like time served. Also, it seems odd that the DA would have done so considering there’s no question as to her guilt, there’s video of it ffs.
