Everyone realizes that if trump days be declassified them, they were declassified. He could declassification them whenever he wanted however he wanted.

This is why never ever has anyone gone after a former president who had some documents formerly labeled as top secret in his personal documents.

But they need him to prove? Actually they need to prove he didn't which is impossible unless trump says no I never declassified them. And he could likely them go back and say oh, I misunderstood the question. They were declassified.

Now if trump steadfastly masons he never declassified them in court even, well then you got him.

But every other president gets by because by their actions everyone assumes the president declassified them.
