Narcissists were always lurking about. Social Media made it acceptable. The scary thing is how normalized it's become.

Yep, have a few people from HS that still will drop those cryptic messages on fb to get responses, then after a dozen of so responses will respond to one of the "what's going on" posts with the details. Almost always some trivial shite, but it gets them attention and likes.
Ever person I see that does this and I know personally has some type of failure in their lives. Divorce, job loss, addiction, still struggling to make ends meet in their mid-40s, haven't saved for retirement and in their 60s...
