What was your purpose in bringing the story here? Did you not think people would make comments? I have nothing against you, but someone who has a girlfriend living in another country and is over $10K in the hole for bringing in 3 of the gf's friends looks like the potential to be a little markish.

Yeah I get that. I guess if you don’t know the relationship or the prior reciprocity it could appear that way, especially if you are cynical by nature or assume they are here under some kind of pretense. But really, it was just a desire not to let friends become victims. Spinning things can result in things being spun. Funny how that works.
