It's the way we're losing

To all the people who are telling others to calm the **** down. It's not that we're losing that people are complaining about, we all anticipated losing 1 or 2 games this year. It's the way we are losing that everyone is complaining about.

I agree. There's a difference between a CB being burned by a stud receiver, and no one covering the stud receiver b/c they are confused. Busted defensive coverage is KILLING us this year (along with many other things). I just don't understand how we make it look so easy to not cover somebody, several times a game. hopefully this confusion is b/c of the co-DC's and that problem will be resolved...AT LEAST, this time we didn't give up and tried to come back

Getting the QB to eliminate mistakes and coaching him to throw the ball away when the pass is not there should not be a significant issue.
The defensive problem in the secondary and the missed tackles will be more difficult to correct. I don't think anyone doubts that we have talent beyond the defensive line. But I wonder what is being done every week to coach these guys and what is not sinking in.
Unfortunately, we don't have another bye week to reset and work on fundamentals right now.
