that didn't take long
I mean it shouldn't have, there's no polishing that turd of an early season OOC schedule outside the 1 mid-weeker against Texas.
Western Michigan went 18-36 last year. We play them 3x.
Southern 1x after that.
Tournament in Round rock against KSU and Iowa....? KSU is a bottom feeder B12 team. I guess Iowa was ok last year in the B10, but still hasnt made tournament in quite a while. SHSU is ok for a mid-major I guess but havent made tournament in a while either.
Texas 1x - nice
2x against Butler who sucks and central Conn St who has at least made the tournament some recently due to just winning conference but gets bounced early every time as 4 seed fodder.
While it's fun playing Will Davis' Lamar team, they havent made the tournament in forever
Then Samford 3x who too ka strong nose dive last year
I mean, not much fun there outside of Texas really. I mean we do this just about every year but typically there's at least 1 weekend series early on thats somewhat interesting. We could legitimately start out the season 16-0, 15-1 or so. Hopefully a team like Samford rebounds to make an interesting series or so.

RPI won't matter much to LSU this season and they will be way past a bubble team. They're going to maul its way through the SEC and end up a national seed.
