The only brief moment of hope for justice there was, was yesterday when Durham unsealed that Igor was hired as an FBI informant. (A known Russian spy that was on the take for classified docs) So Igor was hired to keep him quiet and free from being questioned.
From what the second link above says... It doesn't even sound like there will be a trial on Oct 11th. If there is, it will be a process crime, lacked candor with the FBI. The DC jury won't convict an FBI informant.
