Old house borer beetles

How screwed am I? Just found trails in two bedrooms in our heart pine flooring. Just had the floors refinished barely a years ago. Haven't seen any dust piles but the holes don't have sealant in them. House is 100 years old and original flooring.

I imagine there is some way to fumigate and kill them….not sure how you would do that though.

Piers. Everything I've read recommends sanding to bare wood to treat.

That sucks. They can be treated. Get on that asap. You probably brought them in with something you added. Furniture, cabinets any other wood where you may have remodeled. Make sure you treat the whole house and maybe see if you can find the source
