One of the replies claims Pierre is responsible for fixing MCC. So hopefully good news going forward.

Give me ranked slayer br only starts and ranked swat and I'm back in. I played a lot at release but lost interest.

"While I had hoped to stay with Halo until we released the Winter Update, I am letting you know I will be leaving 343 and attending to a family medical issue," Ross said in a statement on her personal Twitter account. "I am incredibly proud of the work everyone at 343 Industries has done with Halo Infinite, The Master Chief Collection, the Halo television series and so much more. It has been an honor to serve alongside the team for the last 15 years and to be a part of a universe that I love. Thank you to everyone in the Halo community for your support. Halo's future is bright. I cannot wait for all of you to experience what we have in store – and to cheer alongside you, as a fan, at the Halo World Championship in October!"

According to Windows Central, Ross' role will be split among three members of the team. Pierre Hintze steps into the role of studio head. Meanwhile, Bryan Koski becomes the general manager of the Halo franchise, and Elizabeth Van Wyck will oversee business and operations.

So she leaves and they split her job up between 3 people. Sounds like she had too much on her plate.

Ross argues that game developers have a "personal responsibility" to avoid gendered stereotyping in their games, as well as taking action against sexist abuse. She recalled that for every character in Halo 4, "we were very deliberate in thinking about who should be female and who should be male in the game, and if we came off stereotypical, we went back to question what we were doing and why."[22][23] Ross has also focused on introducing more racial and gender diversity to the video games.[20]

Let's fricking go!

I'll stand by my stance that Infinite's gameplay and story were great, but it's majorly lacking in content.

I still play it regularly and see the potential it has. It can definitely still come back strong.
