I saw quite a few tiny, just hatched mantises one time. Little bitty things.

Didn’t know it but had a egg sack on a Christmas tree we cut down. Those frickers were everywhere one morning.

thats awesome. Ive yet to find any egg sacks in my yard. As many as we've hatched I think I would've seen one by now. I guess the lizards and birds get a ton of them
