Was gonna be made by the woman producer who did Wonder Woman, but after WW84 bombed they put it on ice.
And now that Top Gun Maverick has come out and blown everybody away, that REALLY raises the bar for that concept.
Rogue Squadron will always be compared to Top Gun, because is will basically be Top Gun in the SW universe. And nobody in their right mind will try to put out a blah film in that genre right now, it would be massacred.
