It sounded like his was reaction was an emotional one for a freshman who was not used to not being successful. I got the impression from the way he told the story he never really considered transferring and the conversation never went further than he and Frank.

still love him trucking the TAMU SS... was so talented, and i still hate Les Miles for wasting so much talent... will never forgive him for what he did to Russel Sheperd.

For us common folk, it's hard for us to understand the mentality of these kids. Imagine always being the best on the field and basically doing whatever you want against your opponents every day. Then, after being successful your whole life, you fail. It's a big reality check for a lot of these "superstars" and it's an experience many of them have never felt before.

He was an 18 year old that had always been the best player on the field. He had to learn the RB position outside of actually running the ball. You should give it a listen.

Sounds like a young person being a young person. I am glad he received some guidance and stayed.
