Neighbors are always concerned but don’t realize alternatives if they put their foot down.

Friends of mine had their mom remarry and want to expand their house. Neighbors raised holy hell and blocked it because it would be too close to the road.

So mom and new hubby buy their own house and all three kids, who are at LSU, take the existing house and decorate it in LSU colors while living there. The neighbors didn’t like that but it was within the neighborhood covenants.

They probably interviewed the daughter of the Calvin’s owners, who owns Basel’s Market. It’s a very small cafe/bistro in a cute old house attached to this building. Her only parking is the small lot of this building. I assume her place is owned by the same person who owns this building, based on the line about understanding his need for tenants.

LL where is this exactly?

Across from CVS at Highland and Lee. Next to Shell Station and that bank.

I would rather the frat house than the smoke shops that have opened up around there.
