He’s currently going through puberty so he’s growing but right now he’s only about 5’5”/120 I’d guess? The one he wants is a Honda Foreman 450. He has a Kawasaki KLX 140 and when he rides it he doesn’t even go full speed. He’s neither a speed demon nor reckless. His friends all have 4-wheelers instead of dirt bikes so that’s what he wants now.

Well at his age I'd go with the lightest bike that's easiest push off you.
My ten year old rides my 250 and he's 5 foot and 110 lbs.
It gets me around and it's light.
Smothering from being crushed is a real thing. Can his buddies get it off of him if he flips it.... and they will eventually.
I actually like the klx better for him as he can get that off him himself.
