IMHO
1. Late defensive play calls that force the defense to show "their hand" pre-snap. If the coverages were called in a resonable amount of time the DBs could mask coverages and blitzs.
2. POORLY coached DBs!!! Even when Stafford/Tebow were pressured, the DBs are out of position or being burned in man coverage. Examples are the Harvin tipped TD when someone should have been "over the top;" The Green TD with Stafford being pressured and Jai Eugene unable to cover a post route one on one when he (should) know he has no safety help deep and inside.

Didn't Eugene trip on that play? I might be confusing it with another...
