Yeah but I expect better results from the contractor when I pay him $90M for the renovations.
If you're looking at the progress a week into a rebuild after the place was nearly burned to the ground and expect to see more than raw materials laying around with minimal rebuild, you probably have unrealistic expectations.
It's OK to be concerned but it is ridiculous to think any of this is an indication of where the program will go.
