They are using color correction to try to correct the green lighting on his face. A good colorist could fix all of that when it was transmitted. But even after, a good video editor could fix the green on his face and still keep the red instead of going Pepto Pink.

In my professional opinion, someone didn’t white balance the cameras to adjust for the color temperature change from the daylight/dusk light from the sun to the stage lights only when the sun set. It still wouldn’t affect the evil nature of the imagery.

I wonder which network was the pool feed for this event.
