Rag & Bone is a higher end clothing store. Snoopy is a fictional cartoon and comic strip character. “Tees” is slang for t-shirts.
A shirt from rag and bone would fetch (see what I did there?) a higher price than a t-shirt depicting snoopy on it.
And I assume “bone” and “snoopy” is how the author made the connection between the two because said author wants to have sexual relations with a fictitious dog.
