Brettfavre has always been a POS, his entire family is POS, etc. He was a POS at Southern Miss and often drunk. There's a reason that was his only scholarship offer, and a reason he didn't get drafted into the second round.
His entire family is rednecks with new money.
As to the bigger issue... I find it insane that welfare money is given to the NGOs in order for them to blow however they want.
Everyone says government wastes money and is incompetent... but these NGOs are even worse.

I was surprised at first, but I guess the Mississippi electorate just doesn't agree with the idea of giving poor people free shite. They'd rather the local gentry just pocket all that Yankee funny money.
