Like most everything the gov’t dictates, it hasn’t been well planned or thought out.

My gasoline vehicle gets about 20 mi/gal and at $3.40 / gal = 17 cents/mi.

Model 3 Tesla (long range) is 75 KWh but losses in charging are ~5%. Tesla gets ~ 4 mi/KWh and at 15 cents/KWh = 4 cents/mile. Tesla standard charger is 10 KW so an 80% charge would take ~ 6.5 hrs.

I can fill my gas tank in under 10 min, not 6.5 hrs. No EV for me

This is so wrong. This has been well planned and thought out. You will have nothing, and you will like it!

80 mile per gallon petro cars is the only way to ever get to EV readiness - and maybe not even then
