Why exactly does the absence of white people prevent a municipality from maintaining its services? It’s odd how white people can’t win. We’re damned if we’re present and damned if we’re absent.

What's fascinating is that several other cities around the country in the south and even the Mississippi Delta have better race relations than Jackson. JAckson might be the most racist place on earth followed by Minneapolis and several other northern cities. And when I say racist it doesn't mean white racism or brown racism or yellow racism or black racism. I mean all mofos.
