Complete trash. Am I missing something?
I don't see how you couldn't have enjoyed the slow burn leading up to Leatherface's first apperance. It was masterfully done.

I didn't enjoy the slowness of it. That retard in the van in the beginning cutting his hand, the pathetic reactions of the doofus' in the car. He lasted longer in the car than most normal people would've allowed. It got more interesting after the first kill I have to admit but the leading up to it. The wheelchair guy arguing about losing his knife with that blond. Drool. And the skeletons all over the house. Looks like they got a run on an after Halloween sale at Walmart. Not very realistic. I have to admit, after reading a lot of the comments I do have to say I get it (as far as it inspiring the whole slasher theme to horror movies). And I did read it wasn't done on a high budget. Who the hell knows, maybe if they had more money to film it could've been better.
