Over how long 
A year? A month? A week? And is each person assigned a limit or a residence? If residence, do they consider how many people live or work there or is it all on who owns the house? (I’m knighting for Sly, not Kim btw). I imagine celebrities have huge staffs, both live-in and 9-5ers. We all love to hate a good hypocrite, but that tweet doesn’t give enough info to tickle my outrage button.
