Is this based on any source material or is it an original screenplay? I’m worried it won’t have all the political maneuvering that made the early seasons of GoT great since it apparently revolves around one family. I will watch though because dragons and shite.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the dragon involvement on GOT. Going into GOT, I sort of watched it despite the fact I knew dragons were involved. I kinda figured it would be silly. I was very wrong.

This show will be nothing but political intrigue. It is based on story about disputed succession with different factions...that all have dragons.
