What happened on the final play? Why did Carolina have their goalie pulled in overtime?

ETA: Nvm. Carolina pulled their goalie because it was an exhibition game and they probably just wanted the game to end quicker.

I was there and didn’t hear the final statement, but they announced 6k+ tickets sold.

Do that two more times and we’ll have hockey here again.

As someone who loves hockey, I loved the amount of people (both drunk 20s trying to learn the sport and kids) that the FPHL officials were reaching out to in order to make it special. Giving pucks like candy, really seeming to enjoy the prospects of pushing this game into LA.

We were also first row near the statisticians table and those dudes were awesome.

We left before free hockey occurred, but I think that was enough to get word out and ensure a team here for at least a few years.

Sea Wolves snap a 9 game losing streak. Not saying it’s because of the BR crowd but it was because of the BR crowd.

I've never seen that since they went to 4 on 4 in OT. It almost worked. I don't think the Sea Wolves expected that and were on their heels.

Bit Carolina in the arse in the end. Nice finish.

Great night.
