Bc he is an outsider that interrupts the constant cashflow Democrats and GOPe rake in every year. As George Carlin once said “Its a club, and you’re not in it”

Please!!! You project way too much altruism to Trump. He really was not going to interfere with anyone's money until he found out about the ridiculous corruption going on as it pertained to siphoning off foreign aid to places like Ukraine . He probably saw that as needlessly poking Russia in it's backyard.

If you look at it fairly, he did not rein in federal spending ( to be fair, I think no one can at this point) But at the end of 2019 his contribution to the debt was as great as any of his predecessors. His tax overhaul did not help most taxpayers.....did not hurt, either.

He was destabilizing as far as foreign policy types considered it. You did not know where he was coming from and many in the establishment saw what he was doing as not necessarily " Putting America First"

Trump is not a good politician. He does not dispatch his enemies effectively and he openly criticizes those who would be his allies. Comey should have been fired the evening of January 20th 2017. He should have had people in place to direct the political end as well as the governing end before his election in 2016. He should have cleaned out the CIA and then embraced the CIA. Want to know what Obama did the first week after the inauguration? He visited CIA and gave a supportive speech....it kept them off his arse....meanwhile he began to populate it with his people.
