you claimed it didn’t happen at all at first then backtracked and said it didn’t happen the way she said it happened.
do you actually believe this woman saw a woman getting raped at 11 something pm on a busy corner of the french quarter, ran over to a cop who refused to respond, then the rapist was already gone when the police got there a couple minutes later? also roughly a dozen others also saw the rape (they "reported it") but none of them did anything about it? that passes your smell test?
