Demco. Broke $500 last month. First time ever. Had never even broken $300 before 2022.
3500 living plus a pool and a separate game room. House has spray foam insulation and is pretty efficient for its size. Thermostat stays 77/78 daytime and 74 upstairs overnight to sleep. Friends nearby have a slightly larger place, and their bill was over $1K last month. Insane.
