Is it wrong to be Catholic and really love The Davinci Code"

I converted to Catholicism a couple of years, so not being a life-long Catholic might skew my opinion on this. However strictly from a fictional, dramatic story-line point of view I love the movie. I understand why the Catholic Church did not like the movie. It does not paint a very good picture of the church and religion for that matter. But I choose to not take it so personally or seriously. Anyone else share this view point.

I am catholic, I really liked the movie. But I am also realistic, and know that it is just a movie. I never take movies seriously. Just whether they are good or bad.

I am Catholic. But I don't bash anyone's religious beliefs. My Mom is Methodist, My sister is southern baptist, and a brother is Aethiest. Don't like to get involved in other people religious beliefs. To each his own.

My mom is methodist, my dad is catholic, my step-mom is jewish and my best friend just married a mutlin. I happily bash all of their superstitions.

organized religion in general is fricking retarded. the history of how they were formed and how they chose their scriptures and made their "rules" is fricking terrible and corrupt. they were formed to make the rich and powerful more rich and powerful by creating fear in society through the idea of a "higher power". It is all bullshite and if you research it with an unbiased mind you would agree with me.
