I've heard two quotes from him recently where he calls himself the Vice President...plus you have the comment he made about "Hail to the Chief" where he muttered something along the lines of "Where is he?" This guy was NEVER cut out to be a leader, and it's so bad, he is psychologically shirking from his stolen responsibilities.
