I think they are not allowed to go to the facilities or go to the games during the suspension.
Otherwise there will be more punishment.
Which if you cant even go to your own games kind of takes the fun out of owning the team.

It’s happened a few times recently. Basically means they can’t go to games. 6 games is the max they can be punished per league rules. It’s a pretty useless punishment just for show mostly
