It’s a cool place. 14th street mall is more ghetto than it used to be. LoDo is pretty hipster. Their art district down there with all of the shipping containers is pretty weird. That said, it’s got some great views, I like the pro sports scene, tons of craft beer to try in the area, and it’s relatively nice.

I couldn’t afford to live there

Homeless, crime, and cost of living (especially housing) are on big rises. It's become overcrowded.

ETA: And the big blue wave runs the state and city.

ETA2: Hoping Heidi Ganahl beats out Polis for Gov this election, but I feel it may be too steep a hill to climb for her, even with a black Lt. Gov running mate to appeal to the large SJW diversity crowd in the Front Rang urban corridor.
