Rezdora is fantastic and we went there right before seeing Jeff Daniels in To Kill A Mockingbird.
The executive chef came from working under Massimo Bottura at Osteria Francescana, one of (if not) the best restaurants in the world. They do a similar Emilia Romagna style menu, but in New York.
Downside is you won’t have time for the full pasta tasting menu, but I still would recommend it.

One of the best dining experiences of my life, probably #2. The only dinner I have ever had that I actually felt guilty disturbing the plating by eating it. We went in 2019 and planned to go back in 2020 and had reservations but Italy locked down tighter than a crabs arse.
