Apparently this is over a new law requiring Serbs to be issued Kosovo IDs and plates

A black girl on the hotel shuttle bus told me today she just got back from Rwanda and they aren’t even legally allowed to say they are Tutsi or Hutu, only Rwandan. Maybe if we just tell them they are all Yugoslavian, lol.
