It’s not just them. And I think with winning this I would take care of most relatives and friends. But people will come out of the woodwork.

This. Though if I won a 1.3 billion lottery I would likely help out my closest family and the few friends who were always there for me. However it would be a one time gift. Don’t ask for more ever. And everyone else can frick off
