Cleaning out a back room in my house and found the game towel Jeremy Hill tried to throw into the student section after beating auburn in 2013. I was on field for the game and the towel didn’t even make it over the fence so I scooped it up and have had it ever since. Wanted to hear any stories y’all may have of game day items you got to take home.

During a rain delay in Starkville, Micah Gibbs gave his batting gloves to my teenage son. We had them enclosed in a shadow box with a plaque. He is now married with a child on the way, but it is still on a wall at his new home.

So he threw it to the students and you...stole it. Ok. On brand.

Stormed the field after beating Auburn in 2001 for LSU's first West Division Title. Pulled up some purple and green grass around the eye of the tiger (along with many others, who were carrying knives and digging up chunks). Still have that clump in a jar.

Good times.

I have a red and silver pompom shaker that a disgusted, and defeated Oklahoma fan threw on the ground on his way out of the Superdome in the 4th quarter of the 2003 national championship game.

I asked you a question.

How much for the towel? I’ll take it.

I have one of Sam Montgomery’s socks after a game in 2012. Don’t worry, it was clean, but it was those white Nike elite football socks, with purple triangles or whatever on the back of the sock.

Also got a pair of batting gloves from Stony Brook great William Carmona, after they beat us in Game 3.

Got a chunk of grass after we stormed the field against Ole Miss in 2014.

I’ve got a bunch of stadium seat parts from the Tiger Stadium renovation in 2004-5.

I bought some of those parts from a salvager. I made a nice 3-seat bench, then sold the leftover plastic seat backs and plastic chair bottoms, and made more money selling the leftovers than I’d originally put in.

If you want to sell your plastic pieces, I can look up the guy’s name for you.

Well I was a student myself so I consider it fair.

I don't remember the details but someone posted a story about getting Josh Reed's mouthpiece after a game a long time ago.

I still have a chunk of goalpost foam and a chunk of field turf from the 97 Florida upset.

I also have my old trombone mouthpiece with bloodstains in it from that game. We played so much that night in Tigerband that I was literally spraying blood down my horn. What a game!

If you don’t need them for anything, I could use them for some projects. Olegreg411@gmail
