It's the primary reason I won't accept overtures from my current client to become an FTE, the required move to WA State. I could live in Anacortes tomorrow, but not while that state is being systematically turned into an even bigger leftist shithole.

I was in Seattle last week, and was stunned at how much it had changed in the 2.5 years since I'd last been there. It wasn't great before, but now to say it's filthy everywhere would be an understatement.
