The most interesting misconception a lot of women have is the idea they have won the power dynamic when they are sleeping with a guy (when they have not already received a significant commitment).

Women (in their 20s, but not their 30s when they have learned through experience) often seem to have a difficult time understanding that the ability to get a man's sexual attention is a very different thing from being able to command his commitment.
