Yes, a healthy lifestyle goes a long ways, but does working out really help when I was thinking of cutting my wrists. NOPE.



We cannot have a conversation about this if we are only going throw out the extremes. Are the vast amount of people walking around with "mental health" prescriptions trying to cut their wrist?

Hi if you read my previous posts that was a side effect of the medication that was supposed to help me.
