That’s a lie that they tell themselves as confirmation of what they’re doing. Does it help? I’m sure to some degree, but it’s far from a “cure” for depression.

Because they've never been legit depressed.

Yes, a healthy lifestyle goes a long ways, but does working out really help when I was thinking of cutting my wrists. NOPE.

Sorry, this is a very near to my heart topic after losing my sister to suicide from depression. The meds didn't help her either, FWIW. But there was something off in her brain. A chemical imbalance.
