He is just trying to deflect from the fact that progressives, like himself, ruin everything.

And you're being a reactionary over rumors for a video game that won't even be out for two years. It's cowardly and limp-dicked to just say "progressives ruin everything". There's no thought behind it. It's just incendiary.
Plus, being offensive, by itself isn't worth worshipping, comedy-wise. I've seen and performed with plenty of people who thought being "offensive" was enough to get laughs. It's not.
Also, every new release (forget the "remasters") from them has been pretty fricking amazing. I'm gonna go ahead and trust them on this.

Seriously, is anything left? They ruined Star Wars and now they’re going to do it with Lord of the Rings (although that is more structurally sound and can’t be destroyed in the same way Star Wars was). It’s like they have to ruin everything fun.
