Similar happened to bleeding heart ex-wife. She'd give money to these panhandlers everyday where she got off the interstate. I told her she was being played. One day she came home and said she stopped doing it. Asked why and she said she had seen them getting on a tricked out Harley that was parked in a nearby parking lot.
