Gary in, Dearborn mi, East Chicago in. I have worked in these areas for over 20 years. Steel mill towns are the worst.

Gary and Youngstown are two of the most depressing places you'll ever see. The medium sized Midwest cities got crushed by the decline of the steel mills and it shows.
