Difference between full synthetic and 100% synthetic.
I know people are fans of certain oils and swear by them. I used to only use mobil. Then I started using 100% class 3/4 synthetic and it had made every vehicle last longer and get better mileage.

Anything higher than a group III is just called a full synthetic but there are higher grade oils in group IV and V. In Europe, group III is called a conventional oil but in the US it's marketed as synthetic.
