I will never defend the Biden Administration on any of their energy policies (or lack thereof, because honestly they don't have an official policy), but the average US monthly price of gasoline has been under $2 for only four months since March 2009, and there's a primary reason why it was under that mark for April and May of 2020, and if you think Donald Trump was the primary reason, then you're an idiot.
