Tom Colbert presented his case to the FBI on a previous History Channel documentary on this. He is in denial and trying to throw stuff at the wall to make Cooper be Rackstraw. Case will never be solved regardless.

That Colbert guy just wants to be famous for finding DB Cooper. It's not about actually finding the guy, it is about being the guy who found the guy. Colbert is a joke.
He goes and offers the guy $20,000 to sit down with him. Really? If I am the real DB Cooper, one of the most famous banditos of all time, a damn folk hero, and that is all you offer, I would tell him to kiss my arse and F off. What an insult.
