Gotta admit there a lot of good names here.
We had settled on peaches but the breeder sent videos of her being a bit of a spitfire. Made us rethink things. We put on gone with the wind last night and Scarlett would be exactly a “spitfire”. Trying to think of what we would call her as a nickname. Our Toby is Tobes and Penny is pen pen. Don’t know why the hell that matters with the same amount of syllables but here we are.

Yeah, the 2-syllable name things doesn't work as well (too long -- unless you tack a "Y" on at the end of the name as done for players on sports-teams.)
If you go with "Spitfire", you'll wind up with just "Spit" ("Spitty" or "Spits").

I know it’s a different scarlet, but in the book The Scarlet Letter, the daughter’s name is Pearl.
Name her Pearl and call her Pearly or Perl Perl.
