No milk? Damn man that kill me

Unless you are a baby sucking on your mom’s tit, or enjoying a milk product as an occasional dessert, milk serves no positive nutritional benefit to the human body after breast feeding.

I personally disagree with this. When I was 14-15 years old, I was 5ft 5 ish.

Based on Doc recommendation, I started drinking a 16-24 oz glass of whole milk combined with carnation instant breakfast 3 times a day, and within 2 years, I was 6ft 2 on a good day. And my projected height before that was 5ft 6- 5ft 9. All of the milk also helped with my weight as I was quite skinny in High School.

Maybe it was a coincidence, but it sure didn’t seem like it.

After high school, I basically never drank milk again, (occasionally would mix it in with protein for weight gain), but I do feel like Milk serves a purpose if you are still in your growth and developmental years.
